Wrench is our second use of Wrench to fix our Highlander. Brandon was our mechanic. Brandon is an excellent guy. He is very knowledgeable and competent in automobile repair. He is ASE certified, and a Master Mechanic. I have been doing minor repairs on our cars since the 1970s so I know the basics. Brandon is clearly an expert in his field and it was evident when he diagnosed over heating problems. He discovered additional issues that I didn't know were connected to the water heater. Brandon replaced the water pump timing belts, radiator (he saw it was deteriorating), thermostat, hoses, and thermostat. He did a wonderful job. Brandon kept me in the loop throughout the repairs. He also gave me a detailed report when he was done. No surprises. He did everything he said. He even degreased and cleaned the engine. He takes pride and joy in his work. Wrench is a great choice and we will certainly use him again. Brandon, I'm sure, will be our next stop. I'd rate this product 5 stars more if it were possible. Very happy.

Michael is a professional who arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. The problem source and root causes were communicated along with the solution. The part was ordered, received on the scheduled date, and presented to me. I then replaced the part by the time I had finished my coffee. Peter is always available to help me with any problem.
